DAVID WILLIAM was born out of contradiction, the same contradiction that runs through Berlin itself. A city built on concrete and chaos, yet capable of producing something undeniably beautiful. We wanna design clothes that make you feel something.

Our work is a space where athletic functionality collides with emotional rawness. The grit doesn’t hide the beauty; it defines it. We take the language of sportswear, built for movement, built to survive, and push it into territory that’s emotional, exposed, unpolished. The result is Ghetto Couture: garments that were never meant to sit quietly in a showroom. They’re meant to be lived in.

All pieces are developed in our Berlin studio, where the ideas start as instinct before they become pattern, with technical execution refined in specialized ateliers in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. Each collection is released in strictly limited quantities, rejecting overproduction. We would rather make less and mean it, than make more and lose ourselves in it.

DAVID WILLIAM was never built like a company. We never had big investors, no big budgets,  just belief, work, and the will to build something real from nothing. Everything you see today was built with our own hands, our own money, our own risk. This brand doesn’t live because of capital. It lives because of the artists who believed in the vision since day one, who wore the pieces, shared them, stood behind them, long before there was anything to gain from it. That’s the only investment this brand has ever really had.
