Items can be returned within 14 days of the order’s delivery date, providing they are in original re-sellable condition. How do i return? (Worldwide):

Go to: https://david-william.com/cancellation-policy, fill out the sample cancellation form and send it to [email protected]. You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.

Refunds will be processed as soon as the returned items have been checked and accepted. For orders paid by Credit Card, the refunded amount will be available to you in roughly 10 days after receiving the return. Processing time may vary depending on your Credit Card issuer. Orders paid through PayPal will be refunded to the same account on which the original purchase was made.

Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase.
